Mango Cardamom Smoothie
My family loves mangoes, so I’m always looking for ways to add them to our meals -- I put them in curry, stir fry, cake, and now smoothies. This smoothie is great for breakfast, a snack, or dessert; sometimes I make it dairy-free and add protein powder and have it for lunch, too! And did I mention that it’s very healthy and super-easy to make?
Ingredients
- 2 cups ripe mango, (chopped)
- 3/4 cup low-fat milk
- 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 3/4 cup ice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in blender.
- Mix well for 1 minute.
- Serve immediately.
