My family loves mangoes, so I’m always looking for ways to add them to our meals -- I put them in 
,
,
, and now smoothies. This smoothie is great for breakfast, a snack, or dessert; sometimes I make it dairy-free and add protein powder and have it for lunch, too! And did I mention that it’s very healthy and super-easy to make?

Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups ripe mango, (chopped)
  • 3/4 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 3/4 cup ice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients in blender.
  • Mix well for 1 minute.  
  • Serve immediately.
