Ginger Rosemary Lemonade
With subtle hints of ginger and rosemary, this lemonade is a real crowd-pleaser and thirst quencher at any summer event! The ginger gives it a bit of tang while the rosemary adds a bit of earthiness, and the agave and salt make it the perfect balance of sweet and salty flavors.
Ingredients
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, (plus more for serving)
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, (grated)
- Kosher salt
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice, (plus more to taste)
- 1/2 cup agave nectar
- Lemon slices, (for serving)
Instructions
- Bring 6 cups water to boil in saucepan. a
- Remove pan from heat and add rosemary, ginger, and pinch of salt, then cover and steep for 30 minutes.
- Strain mixture into a pitcher and cool to room temperature.
- Stir lemon juice, agave nectar, and 2 cups cold water into a pitcher.
- Add more lemon juice or agave nectar to taste.
- Serve over ice with more rosemary and/or lemon slices if desired.
